Database Error

Just updated WordPress and several plugins, and now getting this error.
WordPress database error: [Table ‘rog15c9_wp3.wp_wsal_options’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_wsal_options WHERE option_name = ‘wsal-version’Please help me fix it as easily as possible since I am not technical. Thanks!

Does that table exist?
If it does exist, then try Repairing the database. See https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-do-you-repair-a-mysql-database-table
Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/
