Data retrieval from a table

    I have a page that describes various services. The format is like this:
    Service 1 (as a heading and hopefully hyperlink)
    Description and details of the service. I have a table that has all related data to that service. I would like for the results of a click on the heading hyperlink to return all rows that include that service. Is this a short code or is it a program statement in the table or possibly a query. Cannot get my head around it.
