Data not syncing

    Hi
    We configured the plugin. The salesforce connection seems fine put the sync process doesn’t create any result or a log entry.

    Action scheduler is active

    The only log entries are like this

    Debug: on Salesforce API HTTP Request to URL: https://xxxxx-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/services/data.

    Should the queued job generate a log even if there is nothing to sync?

    If the job is running, and is making API calls to Salesforce, it would have a log entry. I think there are a couple of possibilities:

    1. The triggers on the fieldmap might be incorrect for what you want it to do.
    2. Cron jobs on your server might not be working properly.

    I can’t offer much beyond that, aside from making sure to check your PHP error logs, but those are the places I would look first.
