Data access error

    I keep getting this error on the data access request page:
    Something went wrong while saving the request. Please try again.

    I tried deactivating the plugin, new page, different emails, logged in/out and the error remains the same.

    Plugin version: 1.4.8
    Wordpress version: 5.0.3
