dashboard/theme editor page not found

    When I try to link to the “theme editor” in Dashboard, the page is not found, is that something I may have broken or is that a WordPress issue???

    My design element in the dashboard is entirely missing. Wish I knew what to do to fix it!

    I can’t duplicate (make it so there is no Design tab) this problem even when I delete the wp-content/themes folder, even when I set permissions to 000 on wp-content/themes.

    I’d first consider deleting the WordPress files, then reupload, per Steps 7 and 8 in Upgrading_WordPress_Extended.
