P.S. I had problems with dtabs menu after reseting plugins, until I found to indicate “Automatic CSS generation”
Everything now is in place. Thank you for help very much. I have posted yesterday still one theme about “AllWebMenus WordPress Menu Plugin” – I don’t need it anymore (it didn’t work for me), please delete this theme

I’ve got a similar problem with my Dashboard.
This one is also on the free hosting service from GoDaddy.
The website looks fine, but the dashboard looks like its stripped from CSS and JS.
