Dashboard sidebar appearance altered

    Try deactivating all plugins and check to see if this resolves the problem. If it does, activate the plugins one by one – checking the post after each re-activation – until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    It turns out that the dashboard appearance is affected by the font size setting in Firefox. That is, if I use CTRL+ or CTRL- to set the text size in Firefox, that causes the strange look of the sdmin sidebar. Crazy but resolved.
