Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause of the problem.
Had the same issue today. I deactivated each plugin one by one. Problem corrected after deactivating Contact Form 7 plugin.

GoDaddy’s support departmenthas been offering to fix the hack for some people and leaving others to fend for themselves. I think it depends on who handles your support ticket.
