Can someone help, I’ve registered with wordpress.org and downloaded 3.5.1 but need to access my dashbard to install a theme I bought. Can anyone advise me how to access my dashboard?

Do you have hosting set up? Or are you going to install on your local computer?

The Dashboard only exists after you’ve installed WordPress!

yes the domain is hosted via fasthosts.co.uk, but now I need to create a webpage and want to upload theme via WP. if possible?

Is WordPress installed? If you’re brand new, you’ll need to do some reading to learn the basics:
