This is the response I received from wp-client, will this be fixed soon?

    WP-Client Level 2, Jun 12 01:59 pm (EDT):
Think I remember this plugin being a problem before.

If I remember right, it had to do with their plugin using incorrect/outdated method with regard to shortcodes.

Our Dev Team recommended that they use the correct method.

    If that helps,

    Thanks,

    Liz

    Hi MarketUS,

We have actually fixed their main file and will provide that for you in our support forum

Cool Video Gallery wasn’t using the proper “add_shortcode” function.

    Thanks,

    Liz

Thanks so much for fixing this and making it ‘updated’ instead of ‘outdated’.

For anyone else looking for a great client management plugin that ‘does it all’, try wp-client.

Thanks, the folks at wp-client have written a fix and if you contact them, I am sure they will discuss it with you. Thanks for a great plugin. You can see it in action at marketus.com.

Any movement on this? Functionality is critical with such a great plugin.

I’ve other functionalities that go together with new upgrade and hence will have to wait till it is released. I see you already received a fix wp-client.

Will your new version overwrite this fix?

Have you checked it to see if it will break anything else?

I’m not sure about the fix made by 3rd parties. For locally modified plugin files, plugin users will have to verify before activating newer versions by keeping a backup.
