Customizing Contact Form 7 WordPress Plugin

    Hi,

    Hoping someone can assist with my queries relating to Contact Form 7 WP plugin.

    I have managed to get my Contact Form 7 plugin loaded into my page but need to customize and add the following fields/button to the form, i.e.

    a) An Address field for user to enter their address details
    b) A Phone Number field
    c) A “Reset” button alongside the “Submit” button to clear all field information entered

    Is this doable – if so, would appreciate some help.
