Hey Marcus,
To start, do you have the Kadence Toolkit installed and active on your site? Are you up to date with the theme and all plugins?
If so, then I would first try deactivating all of your active plugins one by one to see if there is a difference when a certain plugin is off.
let me know what you find.

this is what I allready did.
The Kadence Toolkit Plugin (4.8) is installed and activated, all other Plugins ar deactivated.
Today I updated WordPress to 4.9.2 but the theme customize page is stil blank.

Which options do you mean. I have acess to the dashboard, my pages and portfolios and I can select other themes. Inside the design area I can modify the menus and widgets but not the theme options for pinnacle. To test I switch to an other theme, there I have acess to the theme options.
I have this problem since a few month but now I want to optimize tne customisation.
