customize page with blog

I am trying to setup a page layout similar to the recipes page here: http://www.farmhousedelivery.com/recipes.html so as recipes are posted, this page will be our blog with the ability of others to comment. This can be done, correct? I have found the iNove. Would this be the best template to start and use, so I can customize that template to look as the recipes page does now?
