    This these is showing sticky header option in customization page, however its not actually doing the same and same issue is with header shadow under header option in customization

    Thank you for your report.

    Sticky header and shadow option is all css customization.
    I guess your problem has caches of css.

    Please clear caches when not change.

    Windows: CTRL + F5; Mac: CMD + R
