Customise data in app

Hi, i have Woocommerce setup and custom fields etc.
The problem is the app isnt showing them (android) which i need to see.
Is there a way to customise the order page on the app to show more / remove details?
Also i want to be able to process a payment which goes on hold and i cant seem to without going into the website on my pc.

Fingers crossed this is easy with a plugin or something 🙂
