[resolved] Customers not receiving Purchase Receipt (7 posts)

    Hi I am using wp- commerce and my customers are not getting there purchase receipt. Any help would be greatly appreciated to as of why and how it can be fixed.

    Update looks like some how i was able to delete my Default Checkout Forum where is that located and how can i reinstall the default forum?

    Disable the plugin and enable it again.
    IF you want to do it from scratch, go in the database and find the checkouf_forms table, (something like that can`t remember for sure) empty it and after that disable and enable WPEC.

    I have tried both not getting it to work or I am in the wrong DB file which could be a possibility but everything i seem to try isn't fixing it

    Hey there,
    Check the screens below:


    Top left arrow is the table name (wp_ should be differenet depending on your prefix setup).
    Then go on the Operations tab and after that use the Empty table as in the screen below


    At this point in Store -> Checkout you should have no fields at all displayed. Now go to the plugins page, Disable WPEC and the activate it again.
