    My customer is hearing back from buyers they are having problems making online payments via the Woocommerce Square plugin. It apparently takes several times for the transaction to go through and the buyers are fearing their card has been charged multiple times. Any ideas on how to correct this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To determine why it’s happening, can you please follow these steps:

    – enable logging in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square:

    – place a test order on your site. You can create a test product with $1 price to do that
    – check logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose square_credit_card from the drop-down:

    Please send us the logs via https://pastebin.com/ but please remove any sensitive data from there.

    If your test payment goes through, please leave logging enabled and provide us with the logs for a failed order that you have on your site or wait until one is placed.
