Customer Network Error when downloading product

    Hi there,

    Many of my customers are reporting network errors/timeout errors when trying to download my digital product from my WordPress site (via WooCommerce). I’ve checked with my hosting provider and they have no problems on their side.

    If anyone has any ideas about what could be causing this or can point me towards a solution that would be hugely appreacited, thank you!
