Custom XML Feed file

I am looking forward to create a Website in wordpress and want to add my propertys at http://property.trovit.co.in/ via rss feed but trovit require custom xml feed file. Trovit has given instructions for custom xml file at http://about.trovit.com/your-ads-on-trovit/india/feed-in-homes/

But I cannot understand how to make this custom xml file in wordpress so can any one help to create this custom xml file?

Is here any plugin to support me for my work ?
Any theme which would help me creating my wordpress along with XML file?
