After making some tests, if I disable the Database Cache then it’s working properly.

Is this normal? Or is there a problem with your caching?

Just add the query stem to the ignore list in the database cache settings.

That’s not a proper solution, as this would mean I need to make the support of W3 Total Cache for my application.

It’s not normal that WordPress function does not work properly because of W3 Total Cache

WooCoommerce does it and they are much larger. It is a proper solution because Database Caching is not something most users are going to use and typically they should have a basic understanding of Caching and W3TC.

That is your best bet because it would not be fair for the entire caching module to be reworked for one plugin.

Even I’ve the same problem with my WP-Members mail notifications. Could anyone please tell me what to add in the ignored query stems?

Ask the developer of wordpress members.
