Custom Variables to tracking code?

    So I am trying to add custom variables but I am using the “add tracking code” option that automatically inserts it into each header, is it possible to customize this code per page? or will I have to remove that option and manually insert each of the tracking codes if I want to do custom variables?

    At the moment you can add custom variables to posts/articles, but not to pages. Just fill in the values in the shown Piwik custom vars box.
