Custom Template, Login error

Hello,

I created a custom template for a client who prefers to use internet explorer, and firefox browsers. Login works well with Chrome, and Opera which is what i used to test/develop the site in. Things on his dashboard also don’t work properly once he logs in. I tried and I see these errors.
