Custom Taxonomy hook break jquery script

I am coding a script that adds some custom fields into a custom taxonomy
using created_$taxonomy and/or create_$taxonomy that runs the saving function, but it also breaks the jquery script that updates the list of my custom taxonomies – this is probably a bug or am i using the wrong action hook ?
