Custom Table Form Needed with frontend Editing

Dear,

I want to make a Data entry Site and each user will have same format for data and file link is aatached below.I want that if ABCD is logined and he want to edit data then the table query which which fired like SELECT * FROM TABLE ABCD NAME WHERE USER=%CURRENTUSER% this query will give results like that user and he/she will be able to view or edit his/her data.Please any one help i want modifications in WPDATATABLES to implement this
