Custom slug

Hello all,
Pods are awesome! One thing I can’t figure out: how can I include the year the date a post was published in my slug? So for example I want http://example.com/results/2010/boulder-race instead of http://example.com/results/boulder-race.
I want to use the publish date of the post for the year.
What’s the best way to do this?
