custom post types shared meta_box

Hi,

In a project I have to add multiple custom post types with custom fields. These custom fields will be in meta boxes. So far everything is working out fine. But all of the post types need a meta box that have the same custom fields. I was wondering if there is an elegant way to write the code for that meta box once and use it in each post type where it is required?
