Hi Guys,

Just wondering if there is any way to add custom parameters to purchase events/items. I have a custom field for COGS on each item and a set shipping cost (to us) that I would like to pass for each purchase event to GA4 so as to create more detailed reports. Can this be done with this plugin without it being overwritten on every plugin update?

Currently, the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin does not support adding custom parameters to purchase events/items directly. However, you can achieve this by using additional custom code, which is beyond our support scope.

If you’re not familiar with coding, we recommend that you seek help from the following:
- A local web developer
- Codeable.io
- WooExperts
If you are comfortable with coding yourself and have questions, I would also recommend that you consider:
