It is not clear what you want to do.
Take a look at the Page Links To plugin. It will let you create a WordPress Page and link it to any url.
Set your permalink to Custom Structure: /%postname%/
If your post is Contact, you’ll get http://www.yoursite.com/contact
From the original question, it appears that bhsaio wants to link to an html page. You cannot do that with permalinks.

I would like to change my current site into a wordpress site. I have many pages who do well in search engines so I don’t want to change their page names. I was hoping I could make pages in wordpress and give them the same name they have now so I don’t lose my positions. There are so many that I don’t want to 301 all of them.
AFAIK, WP Pages url’s cannot end in html.
