Hi, I love the Kadence email builder. Been using it for a few years now. On my site that offers local pickup as a shipping option, I use “Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce” to create an email notification when an order is ready to be picked up.

I’m able to see the custom status inside WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, along with its standard email options, but I am not able to see it within the Kadence Email customizer. It does not populate on the list of available email types to edit.

How can I get this to show up? Would it show up if I created the custom status before installing the email customizer? Thanks in advance.

    Hello @bootdigital,

Our Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer will allow users to customize the texts of the default WooCommerce email templates. If a user or another plugin adds custom emails, they will inherit our plugin’s global styles. But they will not be able to edit the texts for it. Please refer to our FAQ section here.
