custom image header plugin

Searching for custom image header plugin, used in the contempt 1.0 theme at wordpress.com. I have a free wordpress.com account already, but now I want to use this fine plugin for my server based wordpress theme. I can’t find any post according to that topic, neither a registered plugin that fits. I did already look at matt’s ‘how to’ topic, but I am looking for this ‘ready to use’ plugin. Does anybody know where I can find it? Thanks for your help!
