    Hi,

    please how to use custom image instead of default icon on form ?
    How to make form responsive, for example how to hide icon on phone ?

    Hello Adam,

    The link you shared seems to be under maintenance so I cannot see any forms. To make our forms responsive the way you require, you will need to use custom CSS which I regret to say is beyond the scope of our support.

    Our premium version has a CSS style builder to make it more easy to customize forms, however, there is a limitation to it and for any custom setup, you will need custom CSS.
