    I’m not sure where that field originally was added to your site. Was the original portion that was working added via a plugin that maybe isn’t active on your new site? Or if you’re using the same theme as before, perhaps there was an update and that was added to the customizer section of the theme? It’s hard to tell exactly without gettting into the backend of the site, but I’d look at those two options first to see if something got moved or needs to be activated. Hope that helps.
