custom fields pages

    hello

    Im trying to insert different images on separate pages using custom fields.

    im using the <?php the_meta(); ?> in my template then adding the images to the value of the custom fields.

    how do i stop it showing the key text that i have added aswell i just want it to show the value not the key.

    any help please.
