Custom Field customizations

Hi. I’d like to customize the way my custom field key/values are displayed, so hopefully someone can help me out:

1) Is there a way to display the key/value pairs in any arbitrary order? When I enter the keys/values in the “Write” page, I enter then in an order I want, but WP then displays them based on alphabetical order of the keys. Can I change this order?

2) I’d like a way to have a link in the post body, so that when it’s clicked it bring up a pop-up window with all the custom field information in it…as opposed to having the key/value information in the body of the post.

Does anyone have advice on how to accomplish any of these?
