Hi,

Is there any way to customize the view “display_gallery.php” (sidebar widget) in a child theme (to avoid updates problems) ? The nggallery folder trick in order to customize general templates didn’t work.

@macaromix – There is no specific manner to do this but you might consider using the code as a base for a third-party extension that you can use in its place.
