My honest opinion?
My eye is not drawn to anything. IMO, it is too monochromatic, without any particular thing as the focus. If you want to emphasize something – whether the header, sidebar or content, you need to differentiate it somehow to draw the viewer’s eye in that direction. Maybe a little more whitespace would do the trick?
