custom css not loading into page

I have the plugin installed and activated, but it’s not being loaded with the page… I’m not sure why or what I am doing wrong… any ideas?

The custom code in question is homeseca, homesecb, homesecc

The Events and 2 blank boxes should also look the same as above. They use exactly the same CSS–
