Custom CSS Manager Installation. Step one?

    Hello,

    I’m a luddite.

    I’m trying to install Custom CSS Manager. Here are the steps:

    Upload ‘custom-css-manager/’ to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
    Go to plugin settings and setup your custom CSS code.

    I’ve downloaded the file, but I don’t understand step one. How do I do this?
