Current Date

Greetings,
I love the plugin. It is awesome, I can’t believe all the stuff I can do with it. Unfortunately, I need to find out how to place the current date in the forms. I know… forms is to get information but need the section “Request Date” to have the current date and “Regular” to have 14 days added to the current date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I have so far:

[date RequestDate placeholder “Today’s Date”]</p>
