curl28 error

    not able to update plugins, error shows Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
    when tried to view latest plugin update change log in installed plugin page error shows

    This error comes mostly when there is a fatal error. Did you get an email at the administrator email?

    no,,,but site health check shows Your site is unable to reach WordPress.org at 198.143.164.251, and returned the error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    also when tried to update plugin it shows curl 28 error timedout 10000ms

    Are you having this error for all plugins or any specific plugin?

    Then contact your hosting provider. Ask them to increase timeout. Show them this error. They will fix it.

    ok,,, but what could be the possible reason behinds this ,,because till yesterday my site was working without any issue

    Sorry that I can’t say as I don’t know the history of your site. I was suggesting the solution as per the error you mentioned.
