For two websites I’m currently experiencing a Curl error 7. It keeps trying to synchronize but it’s not working. Clicking the button to get the key automatically results in the Curl 7 error. I also use this plugin successfully on other websites so I have no idea why it’s not working now.

kapiteinbaardslag.nl is one that it doesn’t work for for example.

Hello, @vaelfar

Please, check that PHP options (CURL support and allow_url_fopen) are enabled in your website PHP settings (php.ini file).
You could ask your provider to enable it (you can transfer this message to your provider support) or do it yourself if you use your own web server.

The issue was fixed by reinstalling the plugin with the “Complete Deactivation” option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings —> “Complete Deactivation”.
