CSV won't download

No answer after 11 months?!? I have a similar problem. I download a CSV file alright but it is empty, blank, nothing in it, zero bytes.
Any solution to this? I need those signatures!

I am having the same problem as benself above.
The page seems to time out when I attempt to download the CSV:

I have over 12,000 signatures in the petition now. It was working fine up until about a week ago. My webhost recommended I switch my server to using PHP5.3.x CGI fast (from PHP5.4.x CGI fast), to resolve issues with pages timing out.

Could this have caused the problem?
