CSV viewer incompatible with WP >= 3.1.4

    After update to WordPress 3.1.4 and 3.2.1 the contents of a .CSV file is not embedded any longer; instead of this error messages like

    Warning: fopen(…/wp-content/uploads/csv-viewer/my.csv) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in …/wp-content/plugins/csv-viewer/includes/classes/csv_viewer.class.php on line 52

    Warning: fgetcsv() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in …/wp-content/plugins/csv-viewer/includes/classes/csv_viewer.class.php on line 58
