Hello! I was wondering if this issue was fixed? I have something similar happening in that my CSV is uploaded but none of my fields are appearing in order to map them.
I have not seen a new release yet. But I did find a workaround. It turns out my donations were being uploaded, but not being marked as Complete, their status column was just blank.
1. I found them by searching for name or email, then I could mark them as complete. Then they showed up fine.
2. Then I went to Tools > Data > Recount Stats and was all set.

Have you by any chance done an import of reoccurring donations, say, from another platform?
No, I haven’t done that. I was just trying important single offline donations that we’ve been getting via Venmo, but rather than doing them one at a time, I was waiting until the end of the week to upload a batch of offline donations. But they were not recurring.
