I mostly have this problem whenever somebody can enter in a form like in a large textfield.

Please do not share the CSV with private data here. For this case, could you please duplicate that form, fill out the form with dummy data, and provide us a CSV file of that dummy data? We will export that CSV file in our site and get back to you accordingly.
