    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please try selecting the ‘character set’ as ‘Hebrew’ while opening the exported CSV file using any CSV handling application.

    If still the issue persists, then request you to kindly log a support ticket by mailing us the issue description along with the admin credentials o your site at ‘support@storeapps.org’.
