    Hello,

    I have an issue since I did the last updates of the plugin and Elementor/Elementor Pro. You updated the architecture of the files (from assets/css to assets/front-end/css) and the css files themselves. Since that, it seems that those CSS files are not loaded and so, don’t stylish my pages.

    I tried clearing both browser entire cache and wordpress entier cache (with WP Fastest Cache plugin) without success.

    Is that something am I doing wrong or knew issue ?

    Notice that when I’m on Elementor Builder page, it’s work just fine and all elements are in place. Furthermore, advanced tabs working fine in Builder but not in live (see http://www.3d-totem.fr/categorie-produit/resines/)

    @matt3dtotem,

    Hi, there. I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. I have already assigned our developer team to work on this issue and we will give you an update soon.

    Thank you.

    Not sure if it is the same problem. In my site, some of the css and js files URL become http instead of https and the browswer just block those http link.

    The interesting thing was once I clear the cache in the Essential addon settings, it will work once. In other words, clear cache -> refresh browser -> work -> refresh browser again -> not work.

    Here is what Firefox said

    Blocked loading mixed active content “http://www.????.com/wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/eael-379.min.css?ver=2.10.2”[Learn More]

    @ddvsc Hi, that’s an interesting thing ! Maybe the problem I have comes from SSL and HTTPS link. I’ll looking for in that direction and if I can fix my issue, I’ll come back to you trying to give you help.

    @matt3dtotem @matt3dtotem,

    Hi, guys. Thank you for your information. Well, first of all, make sure that you have configured the SSL properly.

    Afterward, please go to your cPanel or FTP and make sure that you have given file permission to Essential Addons for Elementor folder. It’s very likely that’s the reason why our css or JS files aren’t loading.

    Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

    Hi @rafinkhan,

    I did configure SSL well, I tested, with and without, the problem remains the same. The strange thing is, the CSS and JS files are loaded on only one single page of my website ! But not on others. I don’t know why. So, the problem does not come for my configuration or folder/file rights. (I did check anyway).

    However, I did contact live chat support and gave admin access to my wordpress and they seems to have found a solution and will be fixed with the next plugin’s update.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    It works perfectly ! Thanks

    I just want to reported that the update released about 2 weeks ago did not fix the problem I mentioned in this thread. But some how the new update I installed today fixed the issue. This is just to letting other people who happens to read this thread knows my issue with the js/CSS and SSL is fixed.
