CSS – Mysterious Gray Line

    To me, this is a real puzzler.

    When a light blue border is added to the bottom of the main-navigation, a 1 pixel gray line is going in above the border.

    1. Link to site (I am seeing the gray going across the bottom of the blue menu bar).
    2. Link to screenshot of the gray line I am seeing
    3. Link to design graphic that needs to get implemented.

    When the light blue (#003DAD) border is removed from main-navigation, the gray line goes away.

    Is there a way to get a border on the bottom of main-navigation without the gray line?

    Any assistance would be extremely much appreciated.
