I recently set up wordpress on a Windows 2000 server using the WAMP server set up of Apache, MySQL, and PHP. The wordpress blog looks fine when I look at it on the server at http://localhost/blog but when I look at it from another PC it shows up without formatting. It looks as if the CSS isn’t coming through.

For what it’s worth, the URL is http://lameazoid.dyndns.org/blog/ but my router needs replaced and drops the connection at times.

  • That is because the full path (of every file) is in localhost.

Try to change the URL in the Wp-Admin (I dont remember right now if you can do that), or in the PhpMyAdmin.

You shouldn’t install entering by localhost, but the domain…

Sorry for my poor english 🙁

Hey thanks, that worked. I set the host to where the blog is currently sitting in myphpadmin and things came up just fine.
