Css Image Replacement Menus???

Hello,
I just found this tutorial at http://line25.com/tutorials/how-to-create-a-css-menu-using-image-sprites on how to create css menus using image sprites and I wanted to use it on my blog. I am currently using the “Pixeled” font and included in this menu is an image, html file and a css file. What do i need to do to get this menu up and running on my website.
